Born in Ohio and raised in Florida. Ron brings over 15 years of experience both working for and managing IT Consulting firms. He holds multiple industry standard certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, VMware and HP. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin and their four children.

Tampa Bay born and raised Anthony joins us with over seven years of customer service experience. In Anthony's spare time he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, video games and gardening.

Born in Colorado and raised half in Arizona, then in Florida. Michael has a Bachelor's Degree in IT and 6 years of experience providing onsite and remote IT support. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, video games, and working on his 3d printers.

Brian Bacchi
Born in Queens New York and raised in Pinellas County Florida. Brian has worked in the customer service field for the past 15+ years. For the past 10 years Brian has done customer service in Credit and Debit card Fraud and Dispute claims for one of the world’s leading payment processors, because of that Brian has a strong background in internet scams, computer takeovers and fraud prevention. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his road bicycle on the Pinellas trail and playing Meta Quest Virtual Reality.

Born in Honduras and educated in Nashville Tennessee, Carlos enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and dog. Carlos is an expert at troubleshooting any and all issues that may arise.

Doug Kostelansky
Born and raised in Pennyslvania, Doug joins Radiant Technology Solutions after finishing his bachelors degree in Computer Science. Although this is Doug's first IT position he has a proven track record of excellence in technology through college and customer service including acting as an ice-rink manager where he even learned how to drive a Zamboni! In Doug's free time he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, playing sports, going on boat rides and enjoying the sun.

Born and raised in Honduras, Alfonso holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology and brings over 5 years of experience in remote IT support. He is dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Outside of work, Alfonso enjoys spending quality time with his family, grilling, and playing soccer with friends.

Born and raised in Kansas, and now a permanent resident of the Sunshine State! Caroline graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Kansas and has a special talent for helping keep everyone on track to meet your IT goals. Outside of work, Caroline loves laughing with family and friends, giving her cat Tugboat lots of love, and re-working vintage fashion into stylish new pieces through upcycling.

Born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jay has always had a passion for helping others. For 15 years, he built a career in customer service within the mortgage industry, developing strong problem-solving and communication skills. In 2019, Jay transitioned into the IT field, where he found a new passion for cybersecurity and system administration. Outside of work, Jay cherishes spending time with his wife, exploring nature, and bringing superheroes to life through his artwork.
