We match each person to Business Basic, Standard, or Premium, and remove seats for people who left. You stop paying for ghosts.

Your whole office runs on Microsoft 365, and nobody really owns it. Licenses pile up, files hide in personal folders, and one stolen password opens everything. Radiant Technology Solutions sets it up properly from Tarpon Springs and keeps it that way.
Microsoft 365 support covers moving your email and files into Microsoft 365, choosing the right licenses so you stop paying for seats nobody uses, setting up Teams and SharePoint so people can find things, locking down logins, and backing up your mailboxes and files separately from Microsoft. Radiant handles it from Tarpon Springs, with a 24/7 help desk.
Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud, and remote work, planned and managed.
02Local and cloud backups, tested restores, and a recovery plan built for Florida.
03Business-grade computers and licenses, bought, set up, tracked, and replaced on time.
04Plain-English HIPAA IT: risk review, access, encryption, backups, training.
We match each person to Business Basic, Standard, or Premium, and remove seats for people who left. You stop paying for ghosts.
Channels for each team or project, with guest access rules, so client chats do not end up in personal texts.
Shared files organized by department, with permissions set once and documented, instead of everything living in one person's OneDrive.
New hires get a ready account on day one. When someone leaves, we lock the account and keep their mail and files for the business.
When Outlook stalls or a file will not sync, you call the same 24/7 help desk that built your setup.
We walk your office, scan the network, and list what to fix first. No pressure, no contract.

Most offices set up Microsoft 365 in a hurry, often by whoever was handiest that week. Years later, nobody remembers which admin account is real or why there are three plans on the bill.
The mess shows up in quiet ways. Former employees still have mailboxes, client files live in one person's OneDrive, and the shared inbox password sits on a sticky note.
None of that feels urgent until someone leaves, a laptop is stolen, or a phishing email lands. Then it becomes the most urgent thing in the building.
We clean it up once, write down how it is built, and then manage it every month. You get one team for Microsoft 365 and the rest of your IT, with no contract to sign.

I love Radiant! Not only do they provide better value than my last MSP but their service is way quicker!

Every tenant we manage gets these settings. Tenant is Microsoft's word for your company's private space in 365.
A code or phone prompt after the password, on every account, including the owner's.
Rules that decide who can sign in, from where, and on which devices, so a login from overseas gets stopped.
Filtering that catches phishing and fake invoices before they reach an inbox.
Rules that flag client or patient data leaving by email when it should not, part of our Elite plan.
A searchable record of sign-ins and file activity, so questions after an incident have answers.
Daily copies of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams files kept outside Microsoft.
Consistent email signatures for the whole office, available as an add-on.
Rather than hold someone hostage in a contract we work to earn their business every month.

Not in the way most owners assume. Microsoft keeps its service running, but a deleted or encrypted file is your problem, not theirs.
As of September 2026, files deleted from OneDrive and SharePoint sit in recycle bins for about 93 days, then disappear for good. Deleted Outlook items are kept 14 days by default, stretchable to 30.
That is retention, not backup. If ransomware scrambles your files or an angry former employee deletes a folder, those windows may already be closed when you notice.
Cloud-to-cloud backup fixes that by copying your Microsoft 365 email and files to a separate service every day. It is built into our Advanced and Elite plans, and our backup and disaster recovery service covers the servers and laptops around it.
The free network assessment includes a look at your 365 admin settings, licenses, and backups. You get a plain list of what to fix first. Call 727-493-4723 to book.
Whether you are moving from Google Workspace, an old Exchange server, or a pile of GoDaddy mailboxes, the path looks like this.
We inventory your mailboxes, shared drives, domains, and the apps that send email for you. Surprises get found here, not on moving day.
Each person gets the plan their job needs. Owners are often surprised how many paid seats belong to people who left.
We set up security first, then Teams channels and SharePoint sites that mirror how your departments actually work.
Email, calendars, contacts, and files copy over in the background while you keep working, then we switch your mail records in a quiet window you choose.
Our help desk is ready when your team logs in, fixing Outlook profiles and phone setups one person at a time.
This is a good fit if:
Not as a true backup. Microsoft keeps the service running and holds deleted files in recycle bins for a limited time, about 93 days for OneDrive and SharePoint and 14 to 30 days for Outlook items. After that, data is gone. A cloud-to-cloud backup keeps a separate copy you can restore from, whatever happens inside Microsoft.
Most offices of 20 to 50 people land on Business Standard or Business Premium. Standard covers the desktop Office apps, email, Teams, and SharePoint. Premium adds device management and stronger security tools, which matters if you handle client or patient data. Business plans cap out at 300 users, which suits nearly every small business we see.
It depends on how many mailboxes you have, how much data sits in them, and where you are moving from. Planning and cleanup usually take longer than the copy itself. For a typical 20 to 50 person office, we give you a written timeline after the assessment.
Yes. Your domain stays yours, so every address stays the same. During the move we update your domain's mail records so new email flows to Microsoft 365, and we copy old mail across first. Your team opens Outlook on day one and sees their history, their folders, and the same address on their business cards.
Your company does. The tenant, your data, and your admin access belong to the business, and we document every admin account we create. If you ever leave, the keys and the licenses stay with you.
Yes. We move Gmail, calendars, contacts, and Google Drive files into Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint, then retrain the handful of habits that change. We also support offices that stay on Google Workspace, so if Microsoft 365 is not the right call for you, we will tell you that during the assessment.
