He holds multiple industry standard certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, VMware and HP. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin and their four children.

Born and raised in Ohio. Kristin has an extensive background in logistics working with large IT distributors throughout the US and Canada. Super Mom of four, in her spare time she enjoys kicking back and playing some Animal Crossing.

A St. Pete local, Linda brings over 20 years of management experience along with degrees in Human Resource Management and Psychology. As Director of Operations, she's passionate about people, process, and P&L management, keeping the team strong and the business running smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog and playing beach volleyball in the Florida sun.

Born in Colorado and raised half in Arizona, then in Florida. Michael has a Bachelor's Degree in IT and 6 years of experience providing onsite and remote IT support. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, video games, and working on his 3D printers.

Tampa Bay born and raised, Anthony joins us with over seven years of customer service experience. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, video games and gardening.

Born in Honduras and educated in Nashville, Tennessee, Carlos enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and dog. Carlos is an expert at troubleshooting any and all issues that may arise.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Doug joins Radiant Technology Solutions after finishing his bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Although this is Doug's first IT position he has a proven track record of excellence in technology through college and customer service, including acting as an ice-rink manager where he even learned how to drive a Zamboni! In his free time he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, playing sports, going on boat rides and enjoying the sun.

Born and raised in Honduras, Alfonso holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology and brings over 5 years of experience in remote IT support. He is dedicated to top-notch customer service and an easy experience for every client. Outside of work, Alfonso enjoys spending quality time with his family, grilling, and playing soccer with friends.

Born and raised in Kansas, and now a permanent resident of the Sunshine State! Caroline graduated with a bachelor's degree in finance and business administration from the University of Kansas and has a special talent for helping keep everyone on track to meet your IT goals. Outside of work, Caroline loves laughing with family and friends, giving her cat Tugboat lots of love, and re-working vintage fashion into stylish new pieces through upcycling.

Born in Queens, New York and raised in Pinellas County, Florida. Brian has worked in the customer service field for the past 15+ years. For 10 of those years he handled credit and debit card fraud and dispute claims for a major payment processor, which gave him a strong background in internet scams, computer takeovers and fraud prevention. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his road bicycle on the Pinellas Trail and playing Meta Quest virtual reality.

Ashley is a proud true Floridian, born and raised right here in Pinellas County. When she isn't focused on reliable, secure IT for the community, you can usually find her cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, diving into a good video game, or, most importantly, picking on her three wonderful kids and husband! Professionally, Ashley holds certificates in CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ from Pinellas Technical College.

John was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and has always had a strong interest in technology. Inspired by his father's career, he's eager to continue growing his skills and knowledge in the tech field. In his free time, John enjoys playing video games, performing as a tuba player in his school's marching band, and spending quality time with his family and his girlfriend, Samantha.
